Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders placed on lilagrey.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms described below.
Lilagrey is a brand operated by Sadevi LLC, located at 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste 11412, Albuquerque, NM 87110.
1. Where We Ship
We currently ship only within the United States, including:
- All 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia;
- Hawaii and Alaska (delivery times may be slightly longer); and
- Select U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico (delivery times may be longer).
APO, FPO, DPO addresses, and PO boxes: Some of our carriers may not be able to deliver to these addresses. If you wish to ship to a military or PO box address, please contact us at info@lilagrey.com before placing your order so we can confirm whether delivery is possible.
We do not currently ship internationally. Orders with non-U.S. shipping addresses may be canceled.
Fulfillment origin. Our pieces are produced overseas by manufacturing partners and shipped directly from their fulfillment centers to your U.S. address. The delivery estimates above reflect this end-to-end process, including international transit handled by our shipping partners.
2. Shipping Cost
We offer free standard shipping on every order, every day — no minimum purchase required. There are no hidden handling fees added at checkout.
3. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after they are placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
During peak retail seasons (such as November through January) and during major sale events, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during these times.
You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.
4. Delivery Time
Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 10 business days (up to 12 during peak) after your order has been processed.
Total estimated time from order to doorstep:
- Standard: 4 to 13 business days (processing + delivery)
- During peak periods: up to 15 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary based on carrier conditions, your specific location, weather, and other factors outside our control.
5. Shipping Carriers
Orders may be delivered by one of the following carriers, depending on destination and product:
- USPS (United States Postal Service)
- UPS (United Parcel Service)
- FedEx
- DHL
- UniUni
- GOFO
The specific carrier used for your order will be shown in your shipping confirmation email along with your tracking number.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 to 48 hours after receiving the email for tracking information to update with the carrier.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder, then contact us at info@lilagrey.com.
7. Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive on different days. You will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment. There is no additional shipping cost for split shipments.
8. Delivery Delays
While we work hard to meet the delivery estimates above, certain situations can cause delays, including:
- Peak retail periods (such as November through January);
- Weather events and natural disasters;
- Carrier service disruptions or backlogs;
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses; and
- Other circumstances outside our control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or by events beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the standard delivery window, please contact us at info@lilagrey.com and we will help look into it.
9. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address immediately after placing your order, please contact us at info@lilagrey.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order is processed for shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has begun.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to claim, please see the "Refused or Undeliverable Packages" section of our Refund Policy for next steps.
10. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with members of your household and neighbors;
- Look around your delivery location, including porches, mailrooms, and side entrances;
- Wait 1 to 2 business days, as carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered prematurely; and
- Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
If the package still cannot be located, please contact us at info@lilagrey.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will work with the carrier where possible. However, Lilagrey is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout.
11. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@lilagrey.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of:
- The damaged item(s); and
- The original shipping packaging.

12. Sales Tax
Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and is shown before you complete your purchase.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time at our discretion. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. The policy in effect at the time you placed your order will apply to that order.
