Sizing & Fit
How do I find my size?
Each product page on Lilagrey includes a size guide with the specific measurements for that style. Because fit varies from piece to piece — a relaxed linen blouse fits very differently from a fitted knit top — we always recommend checking the size guide on the individual product page before ordering, even if you usually wear the same size.
To measure yourself, use a soft measuring tape:
- Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape level under your arms.
- Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, about 7 to 8 inches below your natural waist.
Compare your measurements to the size guide and choose the size where your measurements fall within the listed range.
What is your general size chart?
Below is our general size reference. Please always check the specific size guide on each product page, as fit and measurements may vary by style.
XS (US 0): Bust 32" / Waist 24" / Hips 34"
S (US 2-4): Bust 33-34" / Waist 25-26" / Hips 35-36"
M (US 6-8): Bust 35-36" / Waist 27-28" / Hips 37-38"
L (US 10-12): Bust 37-39" / Waist 29-31" / Hips 39-41"
XL (US 14): Bust 40-41" / Waist 32-33" / Hips 42-43"
XXL (US 16): Bust 42-44" / Waist 34-35" / Hips 44-45"
What if I'm between sizes?
If your measurements fall between two sizes, here's our general guidance:
Fitted styles (rib knits, bodycon dresses, structured tops): Size up for a more comfortable fit.
Relaxed or oversized styles (loose blouses, slip dresses, drop-shoulder knits): Size down if you prefer a closer fit, or stay with your usual size for the intended relaxed look.
Bottoms (jeans, trousers, skirts): If you carry more in the hips than the waist, size up; if the opposite, size down.

Do your pieces run small, true to size, or large?
Fit varies by style. Each product page notes the fit when relevant ("relaxed fit," "fitted through the bodice," "true to size," and so on). If you have any doubts, please consult the product-specific size guide before ordering.
What if my piece doesn't fit?
If the size doesn't work for you, you can return it within 30 days from delivery. For sizing-related returns, we provide a prepaid return label — just email us at info@lilagrey.com and we'll send it to you. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Fabric & Care
What are your pieces made of?
Each product page lists the specific fabric composition for that piece. Common fabrics across our collection include cotton, linen blends, viscose, polyester blends, and knit textiles. The exact composition is always provided on the product page so you can choose pieces that suit your skin and styling preferences.
How should I care for my Lilagrey pieces?
Care instructions are listed on each product page and on the care label sewn into the garment. As a general rule:
- Most pieces: Machine wash cold with similar colors, on a gentle cycle. Lay flat or hang to dry.
- Knits and delicate pieces: Hand wash cold or use a mesh laundry bag on the gentlest machine cycle. Lay flat to dry — never hang knits, as they may stretch out of shape.
- Linen and linen blends: Machine wash cold on gentle cycle. Some natural wrinkling is part of the fabric's character. Iron on low while slightly damp if needed.
- Viscose and rayon blends: Hand wash cold or dry clean. Avoid the dryer.
Always follow the specific care label on each piece — it overrides the general guidance above.
Can I tumble dry my pieces?
We recommend air drying all of our pieces whenever possible. Tumble drying can shrink fibers, fade colors, and shorten the life of garments. For most styles, lay flat or hang to dry.
Will dark colors bleed when washed?
Dark and richly dyed colors (such as deep plum, navy, black, and burgundy) may release some excess dye in the first one or two washes. To minimize this:
- Wash dark pieces separately for the first 2 to 3 washes
- Wash in cold water
- Avoid leaving wet items bunched together for long periods
This is normal for many dyed fabrics and does not indicate a defect.
Why does my piece look slightly different from the photo?
We do our best to photograph our pieces accurately, but actual color and texture may vary slightly due to differences in monitors, lighting, and photography. Small variations in dye lots, weave, or texture are also normal for textiles and do not indicate a defect.
Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship only within the United States, including all 50 states, the District of Columbia, Hawaii, Alaska, and select U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico (where delivery times may be longer).
We do not currently offer international shipping. For APO, FPO, DPO addresses, or PO boxes, please contact us before ordering at info@lilagrey.com to confirm whether delivery is possible.
How much does shipping cost?
Free standard shipping on every order, every day. No minimum purchase required, no hidden fees.
How long will it take to get my order?
Processing: 1 to 3 business days
Delivery: 3 to 10 business days (up to 12 during peak)
Total estimate: 4 to 13 business days from order to doorstep, longer during peak retail periods (such as November through January)
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Which carriers do you use?
Orders may ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, UniUni, or GOFO, depending on destination and product. Your shipping confirmation email will tell you which carrier is delivering your package.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you notice an error in your address, please email us immediately at info@lilagrey.com. We'll do our best to update it before your order is processed for shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has begun.
Why are my items arriving in separate packages?
Orders with multiple items may sometimes ship in separate packages and arrive on different days. You'll receive a tracking number for each shipment. There's no extra cost for split shipments.
My tracking says delivered, but I didn't receive my package. What should I do?
First, check with household members and neighbors, look around your delivery area, and wait 1 to 2 business days (carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered prematurely). Then contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. If you still cannot locate the package, email us at info@lilagrey.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we'll help look into it.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return window?
You may return eligible items within 30 days from delivery.
What items can be returned?
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging. Final Sale items, items returned after 30 days, and items returned without prior authorization are not eligible.
How do I start a return?
Email info@lilagrey.com with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason. We'll respond within 1 to 2 business days with return instructions and, where applicable, the return shipping address. Please don't ship items back without first receiving authorization.
Who pays for return shipping?
It depends on the reason:
Wrong size, damaged, defective, or wrong item: Lilagrey covers return shipping — we send a prepaid label.
Changed your mind / didn't love it: Customer pays return shipping.
In some cases — particularly for lower-value items — we may offer a refund without requiring the item to be returned. Our team will let you know when this option applies.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. For a different size, color, or style, please return your original item and place a new order — that's the fastest way to get the piece you want before it sells out.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Account & Payment
Do I need to create an account to order?
No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account is optional, but it lets you track your orders, save your shipping address for faster checkout, and keep a history of past purchases.
What payment methods do you accept?
You'll see all accepted payment methods at checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and select digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Available options may vary depending on your device and location.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. All payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment processors. We never store your full credit card number on our servers. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.
Do you offer payment plans (Buy Now, Pay Later)?
We do not currently offer Buy Now, Pay Later or installment plans. All orders are charged in full at checkout.
How do I reset my password?
